How long will it take to receive my order?

After you place your order, we will ship it within 1-2 business days according to the order sequence. Domestic orders are shipped via postal service and FedEx, while orders to other regions are shipped via DHL.

International delivery time is approximately 4-21 business days. If you would like to know the status of your order, please contact info@slipperssecret.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Please note that international order delivery times have been extended due to customs procedures, and shipping times may vary significantly.
